He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Atwell and Harry Atwell. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Atwell (Robinson) of Charleston; his daughters, Angela MacBryde (Kevin), Stacey Pappas (Tony) and Christina Pavone (Joe); his stepsons, Tony Howlett (Julie) and Ryan Howlett (Tina); his grandchildren, Ernie (Melissa), Zach (Becca), Alex (Selena), Ava, Lauren, Myra, Andrew, Kate, Bayleigh, Kelsey, Jackson and Audrey; and his great grandchildren, John and Natalie.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Jimmy Buffett's foundation, "Singing for Change," or The American Cancer Society are greatly appreciated.
