He is survived by: his wife Jane Blake (Barnhart) of Chesterfield, Missouri; his children, Amanda (Caleb Buckallew), Melissa (Matt Goodman), Daniel (Lauren Blake) and Matthew Blake of Chesterfield, Missouri; his siblings, Rhonda Larson, David Blake and Harriet Buscombe; and his grandchildren, Connor and Madison Buckallew. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
