He is survived by: his children, Vicki Adelstein and Doug Adelstein (Elizabeth); his stepchild Larry Winfield (Shirley); his grandchildren, Peter Adelstein (Amanda), Caleb Adelstein, Katherine Evans (Chris), Michael Adelstein, Melanie Winfield, Megan Curneen and Kelsey Martin (Justin); his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Zac, Jordan, Karlee, Aleigha, Michael, Coralee, Isaiah, Madden, Alissa, Jade and Jaymesen; his parent Yetta Schneiderman Adelstein; his siblings, Clara Kleinman, Sol Adelstein, Rose Rosen, Lil Padratzik, Bessie Kinney, Harry Adelstein, Lou Adelstein and Benny Adelstein; his sons, Cole and Caden; and also, Debbie, Kim and Missy.
