She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Howard Westmoreland; her sons, Michael (Kelli) and David (Alan Westmoreland); her grandchildren, Kelly Grote (Andy), Jason (Allison Shields), Shannon, Melissa and Morgan Westmoreland; her great grandchild Riley Grote; and her siblings, Robert McCartt (Faye) and Joan Ross.
Joyce dedicated her time making and distributing coronavirus masks during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
