He was predeceased by: his father Don Hollingsworth; and his brother Matthew Hollingsworth. He is survived by: his mother Donna Hollingsworth; his wife Laura Hollingsworth (Hodshire); and his daughters, Katherine and Emily Hollingsworth. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and co-workers.
