She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ida Mae and Alfred Foley Hess; her husband Charles A. Roe, Jr.; her children, Patty and Steve Roe (Jeanne); her grandchildren, Rachel Bush (Ryan), Ryan Roe (Rachel), Rebekah Fraley (Isaac), Tori and Steve Roe; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Jadon, Bush, Beckett and Mason Roe.
