He is survived by: his former wife Patsy Klosterhoff (Magness); his son Jeff Klosterhoff (Jessica); his grandchildren, Brady, Mason, Emily and Lily; his stepson Greg Hale (Lannie); his grandson Matthew Hale; his siblings, Larry Klosterhoff, Karen Lewandowski (Klosterhoff), Steve Klosterhoff, Mary Klosterhoff, Nancy Snow (Klosterhoff) and Michael Klosterhoff (Mike); and his mother Mary (Rita).
