He was predeceased by: his children-in-law, Andrea Myles (James) and Dr. Howard Lite (Thuy-Lieu Vo); and his parents, Louis Lite and Bertha Lite. He is survived by: his wife Paula; his daughter-in-law Dr. Donna Jeffe (James); his grandchildren, Jennifer Jeffe (Timothy Lemen), Joel Jeffe (Jennifer), Stephanie Myles (late Daniel Williams), Dr. Carolyn Versical (John), Dr. Thuy-Lan Lite (Gabriel Friedman) and Dr. Samuel J. Lite (Siofra Robinson); his great grandchildren, Carter, Tyler, Parker, Eleanor Lemen, Flannery Myles-Williams, Lina Versical, Levi and Noa Lite; and his sister Joyce Davis (late Sam).

A graveside service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Chesed Shel Emeth Cemetery (650 White Rd, Chesterfield, MO 63017). He was a member of Congregation Shaare Emeth for 65 years, regularly attending Shabbat and High Holy Day services, even on Zoom, during and after the pandemic.
