He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian "Bubbles" Bolozky; his stepbrother Herschel Price (Margie); and his parents, Nancy Blumenfeld and Ralph Bolozky. He is survived by: his children, Scott Bolozky and Nancy Bolozky; his grandchild Caitlyn Bolozky; his great grandchild Adelaide Garibay; his sister Carol Marcovich (Marc); and his brother-in-law Jerrold E. Seigel (Jayn Rosenfeld).
