She was predeceased by: her husband David Phelps; her parents, Elmer Proehl and Marie Proehl; and her siblings, Elmer Proehl Jr. (Bea) and Dorothy Niehoff (Al).
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Phelps, Sandra Thieman (Tony), Gaylan Rosson (Jim) and Mitchell Phelps (Anne); and her brother Donald Proehl (Ruth). She is also survived by grandchildren; her eleven great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Eileen's honor to either All Saints Catholic Church, the Alzheimer's Association, American Cancer Society, or to the American Heart Association.
