He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Mead Baird; his parents, Carl Baird and Faith Ankrom Baird; and his brother Gary Baird. He is survived by: his children, Tracey Baird and Michael Baird (Leslie); his grandchildren, Sydney and Nathan; and his sister Karen Bollinger (Bruce).
