He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel J. and Johanna O'Keefe, Sr.; and his sibling Thomas John O'Keefe. He is survived by: his wife Joan O'Keefe; his sister Mary Johanna White (Steven); his children, Daniel J. O'Keefe, III and Laura A. Jensen (James); his stepchildren, Robert H. Miller (Becca) and Jerri Anne Miller; his grandchildren, Tracy, Katherine (Brad), Ryan, Caroline, Christina, Mary, Alexandra, Kaden, Luke and Carter; and his great grandchildren, Abby, Austin, Cole, Tyler and Hayes.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, services will be announced at a later date with SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory in Ballwin. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
