She is survived by: her husband Gene Czajkowski; her children, Mark Edward Czajkowski (Lesly), Craig S. Czajkowski (Sherry) and Tracy Lynn Wheeler (Joe); her grandchildren, Allyson Finkeldey (Doug), Brett Czajkowski (Erica Oliver), Kayla Czajkowski, Lea Wheeler, Jordan Czajkowski and Karley Wheeler; and her great grandchildren, Eva Czajkowski, Oliver and George Finkeldey.
