She was predeceased by: her parents, John Murray and Maxine Evans (Teeter); and her spouse Glendel "Glen" Ray Hull. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Steven Hull (Pam), Gary Hull (Christine) of Tarpon Springs, FL and Tonya Hull of St. Charles, MO; her grandchildren, Hayden Hull of Leawood, KS and Katherine Hull of Leawood, KS; her sisters, Judy Eichenauer (David) of West Lafayette, IN and Jane Poisella (Vince); her friend Karen White of Rockville, IN; and also Marlene Kellerman of DuQuoin, IL.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
