He is survived by: his spouses, Fern Dixon and Elaine Spurgeon June (Shorter); his daughters, Glenette Nothum (David) of St. Louis and Carol Steiner (Walter) of Kirkwood; his stepchildren, Mark Spurgeon (Tami) of Ballwin, Jean Ann Hutchinson (John) of Ozark and Carol Dumm (Rick) of Maryland Heights; and his siblings, Dale Caskey of Oklahoma City and Jean Marie Booth (Leonard) of Eureka. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and many other relatives, friends.
