He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Franklin Blair and Beatrice Pauline Blair; his brother Larry Blair; and his close friend Janet Kemp. He is survived by: his children, Macayla Blair (Brian Turnbough) of Viburnum, MO, Katie Kemp (Chris Whipp) of Steelville, MO, Josh Blair, Justin Blair (Brinley) and Joe Blair; and his siblings, Connie Bleything of Potosi, MO, Jerry Blair (Yvonne) of Strafford, MO, Garry Blair (Susie) of Salem, MO and Tammy Kelly (Pat) of Viburnum, MO. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 1 grandchild on the way; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
