With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of TyShanta Williams of Charleston, Missouri, born in Sikeston, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 7, 2024 at the age of 40. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Amanda Butler, Bryant Rodgers, James Lula Williams and Delmo Dean. She is survived by: her parents, Stevie Williams of Charleston and Amanda Rodgers Williams of Charleston; her daughter La'Myia Williams of Charleston; her granddaughter Nalani Grimsley of Charleston; her sister A'Shanti Williams of Charleston; her grandmother Vernice Ivy of Charleston; and her godchildren, Myketraies Miles of Cape Girardeau, Marneka Turk of Charleston and Terrance Ellison Jr. of Jefferson City. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, special nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mercy Seat Missionary Baptist Church (415 W Marshall St, Charleston, MO 63834). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
