She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Fletcher Harper and Willadean Templeton Harper; her former husband John Edmund Schulte of Lena, Illinois.; her husband Steven Alden Calhoun; her son Tony Schulte; her son-in-law Mark Blum; her siblings, James Ray Harper, Leland Edward Harper, Bobby Harper, Ricky Harper, Eva Corbell, Debra Lynn Stewart, Barbara Harper Yancy and Patricia Branum; and her niece Amanda Page Stewart.
She is survived by: her pets, Mouser and Ginger; her children, Kitty Blum of Dubuque, IA, Tim Schulte of Dubuque, IA and Todd Schulte (Melanie) of Murfreesboro, TN; her grandchildren, Crystal Francois (Ron), Amber Herbst (Josh), Michael Schulte, Matthew Schulte (Talia) and Elizabeth Schulte; her siblings, Bill Harper and Linda Bagwell; and her niece Janica Harper Hall of Charleston. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
