She is survived by: her children, Michael Lee Forbey (Sue) of Stafford, VA, John Wayne Forbey (Joyce) of Goldsboro, NC and Margaret Ann Swinney (Ed) of Sikeston; and her siblings, John Roach of Nashville and Bettie Bawcum of Henderson, NC.
