It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Faye Gaines Thomas of Charleston, Missouri, who passed away on November 17, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse K. Gaines and Nellie Pauline Smith Gaines; and her brother Billy J. Gaines. She is survived by: her son James Robert Thomas (Daphne) of Charleston; her grandchildren, Haley Essner (Dylan) and Derek Thomas (Ayesha); her great grandchildren, Cyrill and Cooper; and her siblings, Jesse W. Gaines, Nellie Jean Crisel, Wanda Larimore (Jimmy), Brenda Stinson, Sharon Booker and Marilyn Kellums.
