It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Faye Gaines Thomas of Charleston, Missouri, born in East Prairie, Missouri, who passed away on November 17, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse K. Gaines and Nellie Pauline Smith Gaines; and her brother Billy J. Gaines. She is survived by: her son James Robert Thomas (Daphne) of Charleston; her grandchildren, Haley Essner (Dylan) and Derek Thomas (Ayesha); her great grandchildren, Cyrill and Cooper; and her siblings, Jesse W. Gaines, Nellie Jean Crisel, Wanda Larimore (Jimmy), Brenda Stinson, Sharon Booker and Marilyn Kellums.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McMikle Funeral Home (201 S Center St, Charleston, MO 63834). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
