He is survived by: his son Greg Cathey (Deana); his grandchildren, Cody of Olive Branch, Mississippi., Ainsley of Olive Branch, Mississippi. and Avery Cathey of Olive Branch, Mississippi.; and his sisters, Nancy Cheryl McGheehe of Dexter and Carolyn Ann Witt of Cape Girardeau. He is also survived by six nieces and a nephew.
