He was predeceased by: his parents, Arch Albert Miller and Willie Francis Miller (Ward); and his sister Doris Mattingly. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Sue Welch of Charleston, MO.; his brother Larry Miller of Bertrand; his children, James Arlen Miller, Jr. of Wylie, Texas and Jennifer Lynne May (Miller) of Ankeny; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Jamie, Samantha and Andrew.
