He is survived by: his spouse Jessie Ann Thurman; his children, Michael Howard Meeks of Charleston and Retha Ann Cohen (David) of Charleston; his siblings, Ronnie Graham of Miner, Larry Graham of St. Peters, Steve Graham of St. Ann, Wayne Graham of Charleston, Jimmy Graham of Wyatt, Danny Graham of Scott City, Peggy Thurman of Miner, Betty Keener of Charleston and Carla Groves of Benton; and his grandchildren, Layla Moody, Jennifer Singleton, Jeannie Brewer, Matthew Dorris, Michael Lee Meeks, David Meeks and Michael Dale Meeks.
