He was predeceased by: his parents, Goldie Evans and Elnora Johnson Evans; and his son Thomas Glasgow. He is survived by: his wife Joann Wade; and his sons, Antonio Williams of Chicago, Theophilus Wade of Las Vegas, Byron and Elgin S. Wade of Sikeston. He is also survived by five brothers, three sisters, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
