She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Wilson McDowell and Mildred Tant McDowell; her husband Charles Lee "Sonny" Burcks; and her brother Kenneth Tant McDowell. She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Lee Stark of Sikeston, Kathy Sue McGhee of Jefferson City and Dianne Lynn Switzer of Charleston; her brother Byron McDowell (Dorothy) of Charleston; her grandchildren, Catherine Renee Stark, Stephen Alan Stark (Beth), Dan Ryan Haney (Brandy), Charles Richard Haney (Stacey Bloomberg), John Randall Haney, Jr. (Rachel) and Brittany Lee Cissell (Jacob); and her great grandchildren, Abby Claire Malugen Gilligan (Brendon), Ellie Dianne Malugen, Lillian Grace Malugen, Vivian Lee Stark, Elizabeth Jewel Stark, Hayden James Haney (McKenzie), Levi Garrett Haney, Saylor Elizabeth Haney, Jordyn Pearl Haney, Bentley Jacob Cissell, Blayze Lincoln Cissell and Briella Lynn Cissell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
