He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ivaleen Bamper, Carol Thompson, Melba Groves, Beverly McCutchen, Reta Thompson, Jack Brashers and Paula Kay Brashers; and his son-in-law Ernest Rayman.
He is survived by: his spouse Geneva Vernon Williams; his children, Bill Brashers (Judy) of Silva, Terry Brashers (Carol) of Nixa, Jasper Brashers of Springfield, Gwendolyn Watson (Travis) of Charleston and Genella Rayman of Springfield; and his siblings, Charlie Brashers of Miner, Lucille Hayden of St. Louis, Sue Redding of St. Louis, Rosie Brashers of St. Louis and Linda Clayton of Pekin, IL. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; and a number of foster children and nieces and nephews.
