She is survived by: her children, Machon Ewing (Lindsey) of Kansas City, Pamela Smith (Byron) of Charleston and Wanda Ewing of Kansas City; her siblings, Douglas Kirkwood, Richard Kirkwood of Kansas City, Michael Kirkwood (Donna) of Bloomington, Edgar Kirkwood (Kristie) of Marietta, Artie Kirkwood (Anita) of Bertrand, Evawn Kirkwood, Pansey Fradieu (Jessie), Lori Kirkwood of Kansas City and Shirley Haynes (Jeffery) of Dallas; and her sisters-in-law, Brenda Kirkwood of Bloomington and Ruby Kirkwood of Charleston. She is also survived by four grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
