He is survived by: his spouse Bertie Shirkey; his daughter Nancy Barnes (Sean) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; his siblings, Freddie Evans of Sikeston, Michael Evans (Theresa) of Plano, Texas, Marsha Blackburn of Sikeston, Elaine Hodgkiss of Irving, Sue McKown (Dennis) of Montgomery, Karen Kaiser (Leon) of Clarksville and Debbie Barrozo (Daniel) of Sikeston, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Kayne, Gavin McCormick of Cape Girardeau, Dylan and Lauryn Barnes of Cape Girardeau. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
