He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy Oakley; and his brother-in-law Frank Miller. He is survived by: his spouse Margaret Jane Miller; his grandchildren, Lillith Parsons, Alisa Parsons and Gant Parsons; his sister-in-law Corena Miller Ressel (Tom) of Kelso; his nieces and nephews, Rick Miller (Amy) of Plainfield, Rob Miller (Susan) of St. Louis, Cheryl Westermann (David) of Spring and Patty Schaefer (Ron) of Scott City; and his brother Paul F. Obermann (Billie) of Wappapello. He is also survived by nephews and nieces; ten great-great nephews and nieces.
