He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Foulk, Billy Foulk and Theresa Ruopp; his daughters, Mia Anglin (Mike), Brandi Foulk (Chelsea) and Tasha Bollinger (Dustin); and his grandchildren, Joshua Leggett, Katelyn Bollinger, Owen Bollinger and Luke Bollinger.
