He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Bentley (Stephen) of Chaffee, Clarissa Williams of Chaffee, Cassandra Barnett (Andrew) of Sweetwater and Caylee Schultz of Chaffee; his siblings, Gail Siebert of Chaffee, Cathy Miller of Advance, John Richbourg of Gordonville, Mark Schultz of Chaffee, Rocky Schultz of Chaffee and Steven Schultz of Germantown, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Zoe Bentley, Ava Bentley, Jude Phillips, Aliyah Williams, Asher Williams and Abriella Williams.
