We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2022, at the age of 88, Robert Lee Payne (Chaffee, Missouri), born in Palmersville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Payne and Linda Payne (O'Steen); and his wife Julia "Louise" Speck. He is survived by: his children, Julia Kirk (John) of Benton, Kimberly Bothel of Chaffee, Steven Payne (Jo) of Jackson and Kevin Payne (Gayla) of Chaffee, Missouri; and his sister-in-law Karen Cuzzort (Al) of Fraser, Michigan. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren.
