He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Leadbetter. He is survived by: his mother Helen Scholz of Whitewater; and his sisters, Ramona Matthews, Rhonda Blumenberg, Rebecca Houston, Karen Leadbetter and Kim Barks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
