He was predeceased by: his wife Pam Burks (Jackson). He is survived by: his mother Maxine Scott of Chaffee; his brother Tim Burks of Cape Girardeau; his children, Stevie Wingard (Bret) of Durango, Colorado and Sidney Burks of Pewaukee, Wisconsin; his stepsiblings, Jay Scott (Lisa) of Julian, Nikki O'Connell of Sikeston and Gaye Lovegrove of Greenville; his aunt Joann Rister; his pet Pola; and his caregivers, Barnes-Jewish and Bobby. He is also survived by nieces, nephew, cousins, friends.
