He is survived by: his daughter Gail Ballard (Dan) of Chaffee, Missouri; his grandchildren, Mark Ballard, Kathy Roach (David) and Peggy Klonowski; and his great grandchildren, Kodi Ballard (Abby), Kaleb Ballard, Kevin Curtis (Dana), Chris Curtis, Chris Renchen and Jaclyn Renchen. He is also survived by seven great-great grandchildren.
