He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Pender and Pearl Worley Pender; his daughter Pamela; and his siblings, Nelson, Larry, Howard, Jerri and Goldie.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher, Chris Pender (Trish) of Chaffee and Kathy Pender of Fruitland; and his grandchildren, Jesse Meyer and Andrew Pender. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
