She was predeceased by: her parents, George Herman McBride and Juanita Robbins McBride. She is survived by: her husband Charles Erwin Schmitt; her sons, Charles Russell Schmitt (Jennifer) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and Danny Lee Schmitt (Teresa) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and her siblings, George Herman McBride Jr., George Russell McBride, David McBride and Martha Felty. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
