She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Klipfel and Clara LeGrand Klipfel; her husband Albert H. Eftink; her children-in-law, Sharlett Eftink and Jim Diebold; her grandchildren, Matthew Eftink and Laura Eftink; her stepmother Josephine Klipfel; and her siblings, Tony, Eddie, Vester, Joe Klipfel, Coletta McKinstry, Dorothy Mae Tucker and Rita Jansen.
She is survived by: her children, Jim (Charlotte) of Bloomsdale, Jerome of Chaffee, David (Kathy) of Oran, Greg (Shirley) of Scott City, Patsy Brase (Dan) of Cape Girardeau, Martha Obermann (Tom) of Chaffee, Sarah Ross (Rick) of St. Louis, Clara Essner (Donald) of Chaffee and Betty Eftink of Jackson; her brother Lawrence Klipfel Jr. (Mary); and her sister-in-law Matilda Eftink of Portageville. She is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren, thirty-six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
