Chapman; her sons, Kenneth Chapman (Paula) of Cape Girardeau and Keith Chapman (Diane) of Chaffee; her siblings, Jerry Menz of Raymondsville, Missouri, Joyce "Dink" Howell (Charles) of Delta and Judy Menz of Chaffee; her grandchildren, Korey (Katie), Kayla, Mackenzie, Madison and Chevy; and her great grandchild Kaynen.
