He is survived by: his brother William D. "Dub"; his wife Janet Wilson; his daughter Lana; his son-in-law Sid Atkins; his grandsons, Peyton, Kade and Ty Atkins; his siblings, Glen Cook (Mary Ellen) of Cape Girardeau, MO, Bill Cook of Delta, MO, Rick Cook (Vickie) of Whitewater, MO, Mary Francis Ridings (Von) of Cape Girardeau, MO, Brenda Leimbach of Fruitland, MO, Linda Rodgers (Don) of Gordonville, MO and Peggy Culbertson (Mark) of Fruitland, MO; his uncle Randy "Poopsie"; and his aunt Connie Spane of Chaffee, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and dear friends.
