With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Fay Howell (Chaffee, Missouri), born in Delta, Missouri, who passed away on June 15, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Joseph Menz and Mildred Marie Menz (McCormick); her husband Charles Elvin Howell; and her siblings, Jack, Jerry, Marty Menz, Lois Chapman, Janet King and Kathy Crader.

She is survived by: her children, Mitchell Hester of Delta, Missouri and Patricia Cook (Dusty) of Kankakee, Illinois; her sister Judy Cobb of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and her aunt Geraldine Lancaster of Randles, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
