He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Gloth and Nancy Snider Gloth; and his siblings, Bill Gloth, Janet Cook and Dorothy Scheper.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Tackett; his children, James Gloth (Erin) of Scott City, Cindy Bond (Donny) of Kelso and Jammie Gloth of St. Peters, Missouri; his grandchildren, Jackson Gloth, Carly Gloth, Lauren and Katie Bond; and his great grandchild Norah Sue Winchester.
