He is survived by: his former wife Cynthia Marian Hess; his daughter Jessie Marie; his husband Jeff Sanders; his stepson Samuel King Burnett; his grandchildren, Conner Michael, Adrianna Rose, Landon Perry and Addilyn Grace; and his sister Jane Burnett Pfefferkorn (David). He is also survived by four nieces, three great nieces and three great nephews.
