It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Cecelia Scheeter (Chaffee, Missouri), born in Saint Joseph, Tennessee, who passed away on December 2, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Ervin "Webb" Scheeter; her daughters, Pam Dalton (Tony) of Trophy Club and Janice Williams (Mel) of Plano, Texas; her grandchildren, Brett Williams, Devin Dalton and Grant Williams; and her father Bala Swamy Govindu.
