Elizabeth Stubbs Obituary

The memory of Elizabeth Stubbs of Chaffee, Missouri, who passed away on June 1, 2024 at the age of 87, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Halter and Bertha Halter (Lauck); and her siblings, John, Albert, William Halter, Cecelia Walton, Dorothy Dees and Lorena Halter.

She is survived by: her children, Edward Stubbs of Broussard, Russell Stubbs of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, Katherine Vandercook of Chaffee, Mary Foeste of Chaffee and Nancy Stubbs of Benton; and her sister Anna Mae Smith of Ringgold, Georgia. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

Family request that memorials be made in honor of Elizabeth to the Alzheimer's Association or the St. Ambrose Catholic School.
