It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elisabeth Ottilie Gibbons of Chaffee, Missouri, who passed away on February 8, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Johann and Anna Schepp Weihrauch; her children, Donald Gibbons, Jr. of Chaffee, Missouri, Larry Gibbons (Sandy) of Kelso, Missouri and Elisabeth Ashley of Hazelhurst, Mississippi; and her sisters, Anni Lugo of Germany, Hanni Strebel of Germany and Ilse Roppeneker of Germany. She was also cherished by ten grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
