She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Kilburn and Della Rose Kilburn. She is survived by: her boyfriend Michael Provo Sr. of Chaffee; her siblings, Rick Kilburn (Linda) of Kansas City, Missouri, Lorene Foulk (Billy) of Scott City, Judy Brant (Norman) of Scott City and Janie Simpson (Gerald) of Chaffee, Missouri; and her pet Baby. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
