He is survived by: his children, Cindy Gadberry of Chaffee, Sara Hemingway (Charlie) of Chaffee and Perry Sheeley of Cape Girardeau, MO; his grandchildren, Michelle Perkins, Megan Sheeley, Ian, Dean and Kirk Hemingway; and his great grandchildren, Zack and Jake Perkins.
