He is survived by: his children, Denny Thompson (Shannon) of Scott City and Tonya Schrum (Bobby) of Scott City; his sister Sandy DeProw of Scott City; and his grandchildren, Hailey, Myra, Macy Schrum, Aidan and Owen Thompson (Sue Jones) of Chaffee.
