He was predeceased by: his father Leon Kiefer. He is survived by: his mother Opal Kiefer of Chaffee; his daughters, Misty Wilhite (Philip) and Ginger Hanselman (Eric) of Chaffee; and his sister Carolyn Walther (Richard) of Fruitland.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Chaffee High School Booster Club or Eagle Ridge Christian School Scholarship Fund in his honor.
